Shipping & Returns



Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail are processed and shipped in  2-3  business days with the exception of pre-order items which have a processing time of 1 -2 weeks. All orders that select a free shipping method (over $100) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.  
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date.
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 7-14 business days of the order's ship date.
  • Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
  • USPS First Class delivery is only available for orders less than 15.99 ounces


USPS Priority Mail Express placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Priority Mail Express orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via Priority Mail Express Service are delivered within 1-2 business days from the order's ship date.
  • Orders destined for  APO/FPO/DPO locations and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Priority Mail shipments.


All International orders are delivered via USPS First Class Mail International Package, UPS, or DHL. All international deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

Please note -

  • Order processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.
  • Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.
  • If your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, please choose shipping with signature, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • DHL shipments automatically have signature*
  • If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed or contact us on



We are so sorry things didn't work out for you. We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order for items that have not been worn. The date of delivery can be found by using the tracking number that was emailed to you. All items must be in original packaging. You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. This also includes smell. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 1 day of your order's purchase date, a refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. All items are non-refundable. Our pieces are all handmade and inspected before shipping.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of your item at and send your item to:

For clothing items, please confirm your sizing using our sizing chart prior to purchasing. We only accept clothing items for exchange if the item is in the same condition as received (tags attached if included). We do not accept clothing items for exchange if there are deodorant stains, or damage due to trying items on. If your item is sent to us in that state, we can offer to send it back to you as is or we can keep the item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
