* if your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, please choose shipping with signature, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing. All items are non-refundable. Our pieces are all handmade and inspected before shipping.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of your item at shopekete@gmail.com and send your item to:
